Refunds & Returns
At Heroes4Villains, every piece is handled with care and checked before shipment.
If an issue happens with your order, we will work to resolve it clearly and quickly.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with original tags attached
Returned items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- sale items
- custom products
- limited editions marked as final sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- the wrong item was sent
- the item arrived damaged or defective
